Title of the Talk: From Prototype to Production: The Infrastructure Revolution Behind Enterprise AI Agents

Abstract :
From Prototype to Production: Building Enterprise AI Agents for the Real World
AI agents often look impressive in demos, but production brings challenges that go far beyond the model itself. In enterprise environments, the real difficulty is not generating responses, but building the systems that make agents reliable, secure, and observable in practice.
As agents become part of larger workflows, teams must solve practical problems such as maintaining context across sessions, managing tool use safely, isolating execution environments, and understanding live agent behavior. Without these foundations, agents can remain promising prototypes rather than dependable enterprise systems. This talk focuses on the foundations of production-ready agents, including persistent memory, reusable tools, runtime isolation, and observability. Amazon Bedrock AgentCore serves as a practical example. The main message is that enterprise agents succeed not only because of strong models, but because of the systems that support them.
